Bath Walk: Crescents, Squares and Circus

We hosted the historic walk on two weekends over the Autumn. Led by Paul Brett, we went round five of Bath’s seven Georgian Crescents, two Squares and the Circus, discussing points of interest along the way and learning much including the history of the area, notable former inhabitants of the buildings and the correct names for some of their architectural features.

Historic Pubs of Bath Walk

A walking party made the most of a spring afternoon walking around Bath and discovered more about historic pubs, beer and brewing in this amazing city. The tour took in four of the oldest pubs in Bath, and ended at the newest, stopping at each pub and trying a beer (or something else), learning more about local breweries and beer styles along the route.
